RE: Land adjacent to your home (Crowdis St. side)
On several occasions both myself and Kevin Goggin, the Assistant Building Inspector
have visited your property and it is our opinion that:
1. The land on the Crowdis St. side of your property(where you have placed the stones,
grass and planted flowers)would be the location of a sidewalk if one were to be
installed.
2. In as much as there is no sidewalk planned for Crowdis St. this area, being adjacent to
your property line and extending from said property line to the paved roadway is in
our opinion, for your use until such time as the city installs a sidewalk.
If you have further questions, please contact either this office, the Building Department
or, if necessary the City Solicitor, Attorney Lundregan.
