Dear Mr. Paquin:
This letter will serve to confirm our phone
conversation of March 17, 1987, wherein I stated that the
above five properties were held in common ownership by the
Salem Common Condominium which was created by Master Deed
dated October 27, 1986, and recorded with the Essex South
District Registry of Deeds in Book 8591, Page 319.
The dashed lines showing the phases on the site plan (copy
enclosed) are there for strictly administrative purposes and
do not indicate separate ownership of the lots. Under the
Rules and Regulations of the Registry of Deeds only solid
lines indicate separate ownership of lots, and the Registry
would not have accepted this plan for recordation if
separate lots were .being created by said dashed lines as
that would require a M.G.L. Chapter 41, Section 81P
endorsement ("Approval Not Required") by the Planning Board.
I hope this will serve to clear up any confusion that
may have been created by the phasing of this condominium.
