City Ordinance Violation
Dear Mr. Gonzalez,
This Department received and investigated a complaint regarding your swimming pool at your
property. The City of Salem,s pool Ordinance requires a pool owner to have a fenced in yard or a
fenced in pool area. The section of fence missing at the front of the property allows a child or
others to enter your pool area. The fence needs to repaired immediately!Failure to make a repair
will result in Municipal Code Tickets and further enforcement activities. I have enclosed a copy
of the pool regulations for your review.
