Due to a complaint received by the Neighborhood
Improvement Task Force, I conducted an inspection of your
property at 6 Madeline Avenue and found the following
violations;
1 . Storage of unregistered automobiles in a residential
area .
Please notify this department within fifteen ( 15 )
days upon receipt of this letter, to inform us as to what
course of action you will take to rectify this violation.
Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken
against you in Salem District Court.
