This is to notify you that I herewith order you to cease and
desist from making any further improvements or doing any other work
in regards to your swimming pool at #2 Madeline Avenue until you have
secured a Special Permit from the Board of Appeal in the City of
Salem.
If my inspection discloses that you have done further work since
the receipt of this notice, I shall be obliged to seek a court inunc-
tion to stop you forthwith.
