Your tenants, when questioned,responded that they have a dangerous dog.The fence ,besides trespassing onto your abutter, also interferes with your abutters side egress. Most of this issue is a Civil matter between the two property owners,but the interference with an egress constitutes a Building Code violation. Therefore ,you are directed to remove the section of fence interfering with abutters egress within 3 days of receipt of this notice.Failure to address this issue will result in Municipal Code Tickets and further enforcement actions.
