Dear Ms. Gagakis:
On behalf Plaisted Properties, LLC, and in accordance with the requirements of the Massachusetts
Contingency Plan (MCP) (310 CMR 40.000), we are providing notification that a Permanent Solution
Statement(PSS) is being submitted to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection
(MassDEP) in relation to the referenced property (the Site). The MassDEP was notified of the presence of oil
and hazardous material (OHM) impacts to soil at the Site and has assigned Release Tracking Number 3-
34559. The assessment and response action work included excavation associated with the removal of a
historic buried aboveground storage tank(AST). The PSS will be available for review on the MassDEP's
