Hi Tom and David,
A resident reached out to me today about the condition of his apartment at 18 Summer Street. The resident says the
landlord has not maintained the property in the 6 years that the tenant has lived there. Issues including black mold
around rotting windows. Do you have any information on when the property was last inspected? Is there anything you can
suggest the tenant do to make the landlord maintain the building?
