ORDER TO COMPLY: Since these conditions are violations of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 148, Massachusetts
Comprehensive Fire Safety Code 527 CMR 1.00, or City Ordinances, you must correct them upon receipt of this notice. An
inspection to determine compliance with this Notice will be conducted on Aug 10, 2019.
If you fail to comply with this notice before the re-inspection date listed, you may be liable for the penalties provided for
by law for such violations.

10.03.13 Hazards to Means of Egress
Note Following up on the removal of rear decks and stairs of building. Did this investigation with the building
department. The building department is requiring owner to have a code review of work being done. Currently
there is an obstruction of the second means of egress from the building for some units with the removal of first
floor landing.
