Dear Ms. Russell,
We have received and confirmed a complaint regarding the planting strip abutting your property as well as
shrubbery from your yard obstructing the sidewalk.
City Ordinance 38-19 requires the property owner that abuts a planting strip ,to maintain the strip. City
Ordinance,38-9,prohibits the obstruction of the sidewalk by shrubbery.
Please have these two issues addressed within ten days to avoid Municipal Code Tickets.
