I would like to use 8 ft.H x 6 ft.W vinyl fence panels for privacy fencing between my 4 Lowell Street
property and that of 2 Lowell Street yard & garage.This border would not be visible from the street.
2 Lowell Street is used as a comfnencial Boat/Motorcycle Repair Shop and has many boats,engine motors,
gas tanks,and engine parts throughout the open yard.

within the authority of this chapter;
16.Demanding or receiving payment in violation of clause(6)of paragraph(a)of section(2), which states: "Any deposit required
