OBSERVATIONS:
The writer arrived on site and nobody was on site. The purpose of this visit was to perform field
density testing. An onsite FM sand and gravel, little silt was placed in a hole in the middle of the
site. The fill was placed and compacted prior to the writer's arrival.
A total of 2 field density tests were performed using the ASTM D6938 Nuclear Densometer method of
testing.
The earthwork observed/tested does conform to minimum requirements of 95% compaction.
