Please be advised that the above mentioned parcels will be taxed as mixed use parcels for
fiscal year 2010. The present tax bills for each parcel are estimated and not reflective of
the actual tax bill to be issued by January 1, 2010. We hope to have the new assessed
values for review by the middle of November.
