It has been reported by neighbors and other concerned citizens that smoking and careless use of matches by vandals has been . common within this structure. This advanced state of fatigue with the probable fire hazard connected therewith requires that said structure be removed or secured in such a manner so as to eliminate the potential fire hazard which existd.
