As a result of an inspection this date of the premises , structure,
open land area or vehicle owned, occupied or otherwise under your
control , the following recommendations are submitted and shall serve
as a notice of violation of fire laws . These recommendations are
made in the interest of fire prevention and to correct conditions
that are or may become dangerous as a fire hazard or are in violation
of law.
You are hereby notified to remedy said violations named below within
seven days , of above date.
Such further action will be taken as the law requires , for failure
to comply with the above requirements within the stipulated time .

) . Partially di.smanteled structure, located at the rear of 57 Charles
Street, Salem, Mass. (also known as 60-62 Loring Ave. ) is now
in a condition li.kel,y to be a cause of fire as a result of
vandalism.
This structure shall be removed completely from this location and/
or boarded up sufficiently to remove the hazard of fire and vandalism.

1. Structure`'locat on vacant land (Next to fire station) at
approximately 60 oring Ave, has been left open and is
becoming a hang out and subject to vandalism. This structure
shall be secured in such a manner that it will no longer be
accessable to vandalism.
2. It has been reported by neighbors and other concerned citizens
that smoking and careless use of matches by vandals has been .
common within this structure. This advanced state of fatigue
with the probable fire hazard connected therewith requires that
said structure be removed or secured in such a manner so as
to eliminate the potential fire hazard which existd.
You shall contact this office with the deeision you are making
in reference to correcting the above conditions.
