Dear Mr. Merhalski:
I am writing in regards to our conversation of 10/18/05, regarding.the property at 8 Looney Ave..
Please refer to the enclosed Board of Appeal agenda for 8/17/05, No. 6. All variances were
permitted and the owner was required by the board to repair the retaining wall that abutts our
properties. This wall is not being repaired. The rocks that were already there are just being
restacked. The current retaining wall will fall down during construction of the home that is to be
built.
1 am requesting your help with this situation.
Best Regards,
Dorothy Flynn
