After looking at your property, I find no zoning violation by having the second kitchen. Mass Zoning law 40A actually prohibits the Cities and Towns from regulating the interior of a single family home. The only time a second kitchen constitutes a violation is when an entire unit has been created(ie:kitchen,bathing facility ,bedroom and separate entrances ).
