Dear Owners,
This Department recently followed up on complaints that you are operating a Livery business and
parking limousine vehicles at your property on 3 Barnes Avenue in a residential district. The
complaint was investigated on Wednesday,April 3, 2019 and you are in violation of Salem
Zoning Ordinance Section 3-0 which forbids businesses in residential zones.
You are hereby directed to cease this activity immediately and remove any items related to this business
immediately.Failure to do so may result in further action including municipal tickets or the filing of complaints
in District Court. Your appeal of my Zoning decision is though the Salem Zoning Appeals Board, Salem,
Massachusetts.
You are hereby directed to contact this office immediately upon receipt of this letter.
