Enclosed is the SRA Decision outlining this approval. As we discussed at the DRB meetings,both the individual retail signs and the outdoor cafe design will require further review by the SRA and DRB.The signage and outdoor cafe submittal and review requirements can be found on the City of Salem website, http://salemcom/Pages/SalemMA BComm/design. The attached SRA Decision approves the concept of lighting the building.The specific building lighting plan will require review by the Design Review Board and final approval by the SRA Please contact me when you have developed the lighting specifications to discuss this review process. The next step in the tree replacement process is the Tree Removal Hearing.This hearing must be requested in a letter to Richard Rennard,the Salem Tree Warden.Include in this letter the specific location of the trees you are requesting to have removed and the reason for your request,referencing the attached SRA Decision.
