Recommendation At its meeting on June 24, 2015, the DRB voted unanimously (7-0) to recommend approval of the proposed exterior improvements at 148-150 Washington Street (the Joshua Ward House) adding only that the specification of the brick to be used for the new driveway be 'Boston City Hall Paving Brick." Proposal The Joshua Ward House is being renovated in anticipation of becoming a boutique hotel. The applicant has provided the enclosed plans, which show improvements to be made.
