2. DRB reviews submission and makes a recommendation to the Salem Redevelopment
Authority (SRA).
Applicant or sign maker should attend DRB meeting.
3. SRA reviews submission for final approval.
4. Following SRA approval, applicant must complete a City of Salem sign application which
