Submission Comments:
1. Check SRA approved site plan for original project—is the private way that they
are referring to really a public way (some of the conceptual plans showed a public
pathway)
2. If we determine that it actually is a public street, can we force them to provide
public access?
3. Can we make an exception for a new free-standing sign?
4. Would a street name sign be more effective and reduce visual clutter?
