Gil,
I wanted to follow-up with you after the meeting on Wednesday night. Here is
what I need by Thursday evening (by 7:00):
1. Cafe Permit- I need 7 more copies of what you gave to me already. You can
scan those three photos and put them on one sheet and then get me 7 copies
of that sheet, if its easier for you. I also need you to check in with the
Licensing Department and Health Department to see whether you need
approval from them to have tables/chairs outside. I need an approval in writing
from them to include with your final application.
2. Lighting -You should either get a plan of the revised specification for the
lights or scan in that photo that has the revised plan on it and get me 7 copies.
I also need 7 copies of the specification of the new light fixture. I have the one
from New Civilitea, if that is helpful. Also, find out whether you can paint your
exhaust.
The meeting for these items is on July 19. I'm going to ask that you be there to
present these items and answer any questions, should they come up. Once we
square all this away you will be fully permitted and I can process your grant
application.
Thanks for your willingness to comply. Let me know if you have any other
questions.
Take care,
Tania
