DRB Recommendation At its meeting on April 25, 2012, the DRB recommended approval of the proposed enclosure of the previous "greenhouse" for the property located at 25 R Lynde Street with the following conditions: - The clapboards shall run all the way up the front; - The pitch shall match the main building; and - A four-lite feature window shall be added. Staff Comment fro May 9 SRA Meeting The applicant has revised the proposal to conform to the DRB conditions Proposal for April 25 DRB and May 9 SRA Meetings The submission includes a statement of proposal, scaled color drawing, and photograph of the existing building. The proposal is to enclosure a previous "green house" area by adding a roof and walls. There will be 4 windows on this new bay, 2 on the front and 1 on each side. The window style will match the existing windows on the building.
