In order to be competitive with all like business establishments in the area,the Lobster Shanty must have the ability to provide similar accoutrements to it's patrons.Existing conditions prevent the TV reception of channel 4,5 and 7,as well as,all cable channels.This condition prevents the patrons of the Lobster Shanty from viewing all major network and cable TV channel programs and puts the Lobster Shanty at a severe competitive disadvantage. In addition,this would facilitate the removal of the rather large existing and outdated antenna and replaced with a small 18"dish that,for the most part,would be hidden by it's surroundings.(see photographs-pg.3) No holes,whatsoever,would be drilled into the roof.As can be seen from the enclosed photographs and accompanying diagram the dish would be supported by a 9'extension pole attached to the north side of the building (of the building with the dish protruding approximately 2'above the peak of the roof. The supporting pole would be supported by 2 clamps each having 4 screws.(see diagram on pg.4) Thank you for your kind attention to this matter. Signed By.
