To rectify this matter, the business owner painted the black box to match the color of the building. The owner is asking that the DRB vote to approve this slight modification to the bracket, as shown in the attached photo. The Design Review Board (DRB) reviewed the modification to your approved SRA decision and determined that it was not in keeping with the original approved sign package and asked that you submit a proposal to rectify the modification. They suggested redesigning the bracket so that it is less intrusive than what was installed and is able to accommodate the molding and weight of the sign. Please have your sign maker contact me so that we can begin working to meet the DRB request. Furthermore, I am enclosing a schedule of the upcoming DRB meetings and the submittal deadlines.
