The exterior painting and signage package, originally included in the proposal, will be revised and resubmitted for review at a future DRB meeting. Proposal The proposal consists of a blade sign and wall signage, new window glazing, and a new entrance. The blade sign is 38" x 32" and will be made of hardwood. The logo will be painted on the wood and the sign will hang on a new sign bracket that includes lighting. The wall signage consists of 10" embossed lettering painted gold. The font and color will match the existing signage. The signs comply with City and SRA guidelines. The tinted glazing will be replaced with 1" insulated clear glass and will use the existing storefront frame. A new entrance with two doors is proposed for the center bay.
