DRB Recommendation At their meeting on August 20, 2008, the DRB voted to recommend approval of the proposed curved sign as presented. The DRB also voted to recommend approval of the proposed blade signs after an on site visit by the DRB. Proposal The proposal consists of one wall sign and two blade signs. The wall sign is 2'- 4.5" by 10'-Y and will be curved on the corner above the entrance. The blade signs are each 2' by T--one blade sign will be on the Essex Street fagade and the other will be on the Central Street fagade. The signs will be made of aluminum. There are multiple colors in the signs, and the submission shows the exact colors that will be used. The signs' square footage complies with City and SRA guidelines. The applicant will provide additional information about the brackets and their locations at the DRB meeting.
