I am writing to you with regard to the sign which has been placed on your building at

This sign has not been reviewed by the Salem Redevelopment Authority, the Design
Review Board, or the Building Inspector and is therefore illegal.
I would like to request that you submit applications for a Salem Redevelopment
Authority/Design Review Board Sign Permit and a City of Salem Sign Permit.
