lead Salem to be a better place. The project at 289 Derby Street is critical to enhance that portion of the street
that has lost the aesthetic and urban integrity that it once had and is its context. The SRA has been forward
thinking in requesting our service to help expedite the project and lead the developer towards a solution that is
proper for our City. We are pleased to be part of that. I have included our fee for providing a presentation
drawing and schematic design for a residential building with ground floor retail, parking, Chapter 91 requirements
for access to the waterfront and the continuatioi of the Harborwalk. Please respond if you are in agreement with
the fee.
As a member of the SRA's Design Review Board, I would not want a conflict of interest. Would you please
advise if this is an issue or is there any documentation required for me to be of service.
