Our proposed design and scope of work contains, what we believe to be, a purposeful and aesthetically pleasing fence. As you will note in the attached documentation, we are proposing to install a black, ornamental steel, 3- rail style fence with a height of 42 inches. We believe that this fence will be an attractive addition to the property and neighborhood. The Salem Design Review Board approved of our proposal and did not suggest any changes. Upon final approval by Salem Redevelopment Authority, we expect to begin this installation as quickly as possible.
