These trees border the Danvers River and due to erosion are in danger of falling which would cause significant damage to the riverbank and to the grounds of the golf course. The trees will be cut to the stump and there will be no disturbance of the earth around the trees. In addition, several months ago, there were three trees removed in a similar fashion that were within areas subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission.
