The septic system must be inspected, after one year and yearly thereafter, by a System Inspector who is approved as such by the Department of Environmental Quality in accordance with 310 CMR 15.340. The results of the inspection must be sent to the Health Agent. 2. The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and the Salem Conservation Commission must approve the septic plan. 3.
