GINKAS, Andrew 16 Glover Street a lattttittg marl of (011e #alrw Gare September 6, 1978 Robert Blenkhorn Board of Health Jefferson Ave. Salem, MA 01970 RE: 16 Glover St. Seawall Reconstruction Dear Mr. Blenkhorn: In response to the Board of Health's comments regarding the site drainage of the Ginkus property, the Planning Board found that the reconstruction of the seawall and driveway would not impede site and street drainage at the property. The driveway will be constructed in a way that water will flow out of the yard and into the street. There will be no ponding or stagnation of water. Thank you for your cooperation.
