The orders that all work shall be performed in accordance with said conditions and with the Notice of Intent referenced above. Failure to comply with all conditions stated herein, and with all related statutes and other regulatory measures, shall be deemed cause to revoke or modify this order. 2. Equipment servicing must be conducted outside the buffer zone. Equipment must be maintained to prevent leakage or discharge of pollutants. No overnight equipment storage shall occur within 100 feet of the wetland boundary. 6 . During and after work on this project, there shall be no spill or discharge of petroleum product or other pollutants into any wetland resource area or land within the buffer zone. 7. Notice shall be given this Commission no more than 2 weeks nor less than 2 days prior to commencement of construction activities . All areas of work are marked in the field with orange paint indicating limits of work. AREA A Restore end of path at beach. Remove loose rocks from path, place Lyn-Pak, grade and compact to form a smooth level transition to the beach. (approximate area 131x3 ' ) AREA B Restore embankment to protect stairs. Place rip-rap on top of existing rip-rap. The rip-rap shall be placed to within 1 ' of the top of the embankment. Repair all remaining void of erosion at top of embankment with granular fill and seed. (approximate area 13 ' L x 8 'H x 6 'W) AREA C - Restore eroded embankment from rip-rap to top of embankment. - Place gravel in eroded area, and compact.
