THE STREET ADDRESS IS 37 WINTER ISLAND ROAD, SALEM, MA 01970. THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS CONTRACT WORK IS TO REMOVE OVERGROWTH AND DEAD VEGETATION AND TREES AND RETURN THE AREAS TO MEADOW TYPE GRASS. THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY: 1. INSURANCE CERTIFICATE NAMING PLUMMER HOME FOR BOYS AS ADDITIONAL INSURED IN THE AMOUNT OF 300/500, 000 SHALL BE ISSUED PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY WORK. 2 . ALL DEBRIS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY AND PROPERLY DISPOSED OF AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE HOME. 3 .
