2. All slash and metals presently existing on the site and in the wetland
area shall be removed prior to commencement of work.
3. Prior to commencement of work, slop stability calculations prepared by
a Registered Professional Engineer shall be submitted to the Conservation
Commission for review and approval.
4. A condition addressing erosion control--staked hay bales followed by
loaming and seeding?
5. Proposed drainage swalw shall be constructed of 1/4 to 1/2 cu. yd. stone
minimum width of 5' , depth of 1' . At the termination of the proposed
Swale, an energy dissipator formed of 1/4 to 1/2 cu. yd. stone shall be
constructed.
6. Fill material shall conform strictly to Item #6 in the General Conditions.
7. As-built drawings, stamped by a Registered Professional Engineer shall
. be submitted to the Conservation Commission prior to issuance of a
Certificate of Compliance.

General Laws, Chap. 131, Section 40, at the request of Mr.Sidney Gerber,
