THE EXTESION CORD FEEDING THE WINDOW HOLIDAY LIGHTING MELTED IN THE DOOR JAMB IGNITING A COAT. THE CORD WAS PLUGGED INTO THE SECOND FLOOR HALLWAY LUMINAIRE THAT WAS REMOVED AND WIRE NUTTED. THIS OFFICE HAS NOT RECEIVED AN ELECTRICAL PERMIT APPLICATION AS REQUESTED FOR THE REPAIR OF THE SECOND FLOOR LUMINAIRE AND THE OUTLET BOX. PLEASE TAKE TIM NECESSARY STEPS TO REPAIR THIS ELECTRICAL HAZARD. THIS WORK SHALL BE DONE BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN WI'T'H A PERMIT FROM THIS OFFICE WITH A COMPLETED FINAL INSPECTION.
