No heavy equipment or construction work, such as sawing in the buffer zone is allowed. 2 . No paints shall be used on the fence. 3 . The Carter and Towers survey plan shall be submitted to this Commission upon completion. This plan shall confirm the location of the property wetland and fence. 4 . Access to the City of Salem sewer easement shall not be impeded by the fence. 5. The fence shall be of cedar along the Elliots property line to approximately the 104 feet mark, then the fence will be chain link to the end of 133 . 3 feet and continue around to the back of the parcel (approximately 90 feet) .
