This lot contains coastal bank and land subject to coastal storm flowage resource areas as well as the 100-foot buffer zone associated with the coastal bank. Existing features are shown on the attached architectural plans and site photographs. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The applicant proposes to renovate the house to include a first floor deck with stairs and the addition of a second story as shown on the architectural plans. Proposed work will occur within ' the 100-foot buffer zone. No resource area disturbance is proposed as part of this project.
