At that time, Mr. Thomas Southworth of McNeil and Associates reviewed its proposal for the development of the former Health Hospital site at 41 Memorial Drive/27 Essex Street. The Planning Board is supportive of this type of development for the site_ ' However, the Board would very much like to have continued input into the project. With the granting of the requested variance, the pervue of the Plan- ning Board over the project .may end.
