Dear Mr . Gauthier:
On February 13 , 1998 , this department sent you a
letter concerning the storage of automobile parts,
"radiators" in the rear yard of 18 Lincoln Road .
After receiving my letter you removed said automobile
parts . On May 11 , 1998 I received another complaint that
you are again using the rear yard for storage of
automobile parts , and that you are storing a motorcycle
that is not registered and not being used .
Please remove the illegal storage of motor parts and
the unregistered motorcycle within the next ten ( 10 ) days .
Failure to do so will result in court action being brought
against you .

in this matter.

Dear Mr . Gauthier :
This department has received a complaint concerning
the storage of automobile parts in the rear yard of 18
Lincoln Road .
On February 12 , 1998 I conducted an inspection of the
rear yard of 18 Lincoln Road and found the following
violations ;
1 . Automobile radiators being stored in between fence and
garage .
2 . Yard debris in rear of house needs to be cleaned up .
All of the above violations must be removed at once .
Please notify this department within fifteen ( 15 ) days
upon receipt of this letter, to inform us as to what
course of action you will take to rectify these
violations . Failure to do so will result in legal action
being taken against you .

in this matter.
