date of issuance.

Will hold a public hearing for a Determination of Applicability under the Wetlands
Protection Act, Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, at the request of
James E. Connick, 324 Den Quarry Road, Lynn, MA 01904. The purpose of the
hearing is to discuss the proposed construction of a two story single family dwelling,
driveway, and backyard at a portion of 42 Clark Street, lot 163. This hearing will be
held on Thursday, October 28, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. in the second floor conference room
at One Salem Green.
