RE: Request for Determination of Applicability
DATE: November 3, 1995
On Thursday, November 9, 1995, the Commission will hear a Request for Determination of
Applicability under the Wetlands Protection Act, Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131,
Section 40, at the request of Nancy and Phillip Singleton. The proposed work, located at 1
Brooks Street, consists of the extension of the roadway and utilities and the construction of a
single family dwelling within the Buffer Zone.
On October 19, 1995, the Planning Board approved the Definitive Subdivision Plan for this
project with the stipulation that the roadway be extended only fifty feet. I have attached a copy of
the decision for your review.
I have enclosed a copy of the Request for Determination of Applicability and accompanying
information for your review.
