To Whom It May Concern:
I adamantly disagree with any petition submitted by Mr. Daniel Hibbard to divide
2 lots into 4 located at 16 Scotia Street. I realize Mr. Hibbard has lost money on
this purchase being a business man I believe it comes with the territory. We
neighbors have lived with this mess and uncertainly for many months due to the
procrastination in the clearing and developing of this land.
My property lies at a great disadvantage to Mr. Hibbard's land. His land is on a
higher elevation and drains off onto my property and my neighbor's land. Lord
help us, after this tremendous snow storm and the spring thaw.
I don't feel that the neighborhood surrounding this property should have to suffer
due to his loses. If this petition passes there will be many more that will lose and
be forever affected.
