This department has received a complaint about your property mentioned above. I
inspected the exterior of the property on Wednesday, June 5.
The following problems were observed;
A) Lawn and shrubs overgrown
B) Trash and debris in yard.
C) Front porch railing loose
D) Missing glass in front door
E) Two driveways. Each residential property is allowed one curb cut and one
driveway. Salem Zoning Ordinance.
Please contact this office within 7 days upon receipt of this letter to discuss this matter.
