Please let us know -before June 6`h, 2014-what action/remediation is planned going forward.
Failure to resolve the issues cited above will be construed as non-compliance, and may result in the
issuance of Municipal Tickets and Fines as well as the filing of criminal complaints in District Court.
You have the right to appeal to the Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards (BBRS)

Dear Condo Owners,
The chimney on the right hand (facing the front of the house) roof of 25 Liberty Hill Ave is
markedly deformed. The possibility of collapse represents a risk to Public Safety.
1. You, the owners, must take immediate action to ensure public safety.
a. The chimney must be inspected and certified safe, in writing,by a
Structural Engineer or Architect, or
b. The chimney must be repaired.
2. From now until such time as the chimney has been made safe,you are
required to post warning signs and place suitable barricades in the
area/driveway directly below the existing chimney in order to keep people
from walking/parking within range of possible falling debris.
3. Please contact this office upon receipt of this notice to let us know your course
of action.
