This office conducted an inspection of the exterior of the
above mentioned property.
The following violations exist :
1 . You have illegally installed antennas without applying
for a permit with the City of Salem Building Department
2 . Anntenas are interferring with abuters T.V. reception.
3 . Per State Building Code your antennas do not conform
and must be removed.
Please contact this office upon reciept of this letter .
Failure to do so could result in court action being taken
against you .
