June 20, 2012 To: Salem Zoning Board of Appeals, attn Rebecca Curran From: Patricia& Scott Hanford Date: June 20, 2012 Re: Variance to subdivide the property located at 51 Valley St. Please note that although we are unable to attend the hearing at the Zoning Board of Appeals on June 20, 2012, we, as property owners at 41 Valley Street adamantly oppose subdivision of the property located at 51 Valley Street. We feel that subdivision of this parcel of land will greatly reduce the property values on the street, therefore directly reducing the value of our property,by allowing an undersize lot to exist and be sold. Thank you for consideration of this letter as our vote against this variance request. Best regards Patricia& Scott Hanfor L 43 Valley Street Salem MA. 019'70
