This sign is detracting from the beauty of this single family residential neighborhood. In addition, the sign is much too large for this size lot. I would ask that the Board consider the neighbors feelings and concerns about their properties, and vote to deny this petition, and order the sign removed. Thank you for your consideration. We feel that the proposed sign at 38 Valley Street, already in place, detracts from the residential atmosphere of this neighborhood and would set an unfortunate precedent for other businesses to encroach and create additional traffic problems in this area.
