I realize that the porch needs to be repair d and will attend to it as soon as possible. I also apologize fol is appearance an& for any distress that it may have caused my neighbors.I have owned the house for 12 years, but in the past three have had a difficult time with the necessary upkeep. I have struggled financially since getting my Master's degree in 1990, and cosmetically the house shows t this. The porch was hit by a car and further vandalized by some youths. The insurance company stopped insuring houses in Massachusetts while the claim was pending, so that I must pay for the repairs. I will repair the porch as soon as possible.
